This design has been field tested by the pro's and offers a much better solution to the fold out and lock (two hands needed "Opinel" mushroom knives) We feel the fixed blade option free's up your other hand and the lush brush also adds a better function and use than the short "toothbrush" style other mushroom knives often have. Many of the brushes are also colorful (all horse hair from Sioux Indian Ranch's) to help them to not get lost, the size feels great in the hand and is easy to index and not slip under leaves to get lost. use the nice hooked blade to peel back ferns, sticks and brush! This knife features a hand burned or torch blackend handle with custom hand done notches for great in hand texture feel!
